ANNUAL INFORMATION FAIR

As always, TVCRC is inviting area human service agencies to participate in this community service project, which is intended to:
Promote networking among agencies
Educate the public about what services are available
Allow agencies to promote their services and recruit volunteers
Space is limited. Pre-registration is $40 fee per agency/ per table due by April 15th. 2010. (Check, money order or purchase order only) Agencies can set up after 5:00 AM. Late registration ($60) must be paid before setting up on the day of the event.
The Information Fair opens for the public at 9 AM and closes at 2 PM. There will be a snack bar selling food and refreshments. We request agencies to remain open until 2 pm.
We are asking the participating agencies to donate a door prize to be raffled off by the agencies.
