ANNUAL INFORMATION FAIR

As always, TVCRC is inviting area human service agencies to participate in this community service project, which is intended to:
Promote networking among agencies
Educate the public about what services are available
Allow agencies to promote their services and recruit volunteers
PLEASE FILL OUT THE REGISTRATION FORM TO ASSURE A SPACE FOR YOUR AGENCY as space is limited. Pre-registration is $40 fee per agency/ pr. table due by April 1, 2012. Late registration ($60) by April 15 or pay by the door ($75). Registration must be paid before setting up on the day of the event. (Check, cash, money order or Purchase order only) Agencies can set up early on April 24th between 1-3 pm.
The Information Fair opens for the public at 9 AM and closes at 2 PM. There will be a snack bar selling food and refreshments. We request agencies to remain open until 2 pm.
Larry Gebert will be at the event again this year on the 25th between 4:30 and 9 am.
We are asking the participating agencies to donate a door prize to be raffled.
